About meghan
I've spent over twelve years working with founders, executives, and leaders — first in the boardroom, and now privately. I know the terrain firsthand. After leading transactions at a business that sold for over $1B, I held a Partner role at age 30. Then I left, at the top, with everything working.
I didn’t burn out. I walked away because I finally got quiet enough to hear the question underneath all the noise: “is this actually the life I want, or just the one I'm really good at?”
Following that question has changed everything. It’s made me more creative, more clear, and more powerful than I ever was when I was simply executing. It’s given me access to something I didn't know was available — a way of moving through work and life that feels like a completely different gear.
