We start with the whisper. You get radical permission to want what you want, including the parts you've never said out loud. ILLUMINATE

I know the top of the mountain. I spent a decade running nine-figure deals and corporate strategy, and two days before Christmas in 2022, I closed the $1.25 billion exit I'd built my whole career toward. I got thirty seconds of elation. Then, my mind said what's next? — and the bottom of my 10 year-plan dropped out.
That was my knock. It didn't come with instructions. It only said “not this. There's more.”
I listened. I left my Partner title behind and set out to find the woman living beneath the achievements. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done - and the best. I've been to my own edges and back again over and over, which is why yours don’t scare me.

In-person kickoff immersion — (4 hours). You and me, in the same room, day one. Radical permission and clarity for who you are in this season: your definition of success, your vision, your energetic blueprint.
Biweekly private sessions — (75 minutes). This is the heart of our work. Inner work and outer strategy, flexing with what your vision needs that week. Some sessions we're restructuring your business strategy. Some sessions we're rewiring your nervous system. Most sessions, both — because in this work they are never separate.
Deeper immersions— (A few times across our six months, 2–3 hours each). A quarterly business strategy session, a breathwork journey, a somatic process, or a deeper transformational experience. When the work requires depth, you get it.
Direct access between sessions — Text, voice note, quick calls. I am there with you all the way.
Custom integration practices — Built for you, between sessions, so the work snowballs in your real life.
