There’s a saying in business: “what got you here won’t get you there.” that’s What I see happening with ambitious women right now.
I’ve spent the last year advising + guiding visionary founders, execs, and leaders. Powerhouse freaking women doing real things in the world. And every one of them doing it with half of their power, because nobody ever bothered to teach them how to access the other half.
The old playbook tells you: outwork everyone, override your gut, please everyone. Maybe it worked to get you here, but it's just not going to cut it anymore. You’ve hit the ceiling of that strategy and I bet you can feel it.
And frankly: it’s not even going to work much longer. The world is changing too fast, the old structures are falling apart, and the women who will lead what’s next are the ones who are fully turned on, aligned, and connected to their power.
So it’s time to go back to school.

Part transmission from me, part embodied practice, part community. You'll be in a room where you don't need to explain your ambition, your depth, or your hunger for more.
Each month introduces one essential topic. You’ll get a video transmission from me, a live gathering with the community, and an integration practice to embody what you learn.
In June we explore DESIRE AS DIRECTION: Reclaim your desire and learn to read it as the most reliable intelligence you have.

Step 2Be in the Room
Where we dive deep. 90 minutes of live teaching, embodied practice, and a community of women who are building, leading, and creating. Recording is provided if you can't make it live.
